Chann Noun is a local immigrant from Cambodia.  He struggled under the Khmer Rouge regime and for 4 years in a refugee camp before he was able to come to the US.  As part of Oregon's sesquicentennial, Cedar Mill Community Library recorded interviews with local immigrants to learn about their experiences coming to and living in America. This is one of our interview from 2009.
